Physical exercise is any bodily activity
that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health. Physical exercise is performed for;
1)
Enjoyment
2)
The cardio-vascular system
3) Weight loss
Posture is the position in which a person holds their body upright against
gravity while standing, sitting or lying down. Proper posture involves training the body to stand, walk, sit and
lie in positions where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during movement or weight bearing activities.
Proper Posture Promotes;
1) Correct alignment of bones/joints
2) Correct usage of ligaments
3) Correct usage of muscles/tendons
